1. Introduction

Welcome to AccEliteHub (AccEliteHub.com). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and offerings. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

AccEliteHub provides elite accounting support, consultancy, and related professional offerings (collectively, Services).

2.1 Service Delivery

We will commence Services upon receipt of full payment and necessary information. Timeframes are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2 Transfer and Refunds for Services

You may request to transfer a scheduled Service to a new date by contacting us at least 7 days before the original date. Transfers are subject to availability and must be agreed in writing.

Refunds for Services are available only if you cancel at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date. Cancelled Services will be credited back to the original method of payment within 10 business days after cancellation approval.

2.3 Non-Refundable Services

Certain offerings, including expedited consultancy sessions or bespoke engagements confirmed in writing as non-refundable, are not eligible for refunds due to resource allocation and preparation commitments. We will clearly denote any non-refundable service at the time of purchase.

3. Info Products

Educational materials, guides, templates, and digital toolkits (collectively, Info Products) are provided for self-study purposes.

3.1 Access and Delivery

Upon successful purchase, Info Products will be available for download or online access. Delivery may occur in stages based on the content structure.

3.2 Refund Policy for Info Products

We offer a 14-day refund window for Info Products, commencing on the date of first access or download. To qualify, you must have accessed less than 20% of the content. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

4. Goods

Physical items, including branded materials and printed manuals (Goods), are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

We ship Goods within 5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times vary by location.

4.2 Returns and Refunds for Goods

You may return Goods within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 15 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We accept major credit cards and approved online payment services. All payments are processed securely using industry-standard protocols.
